Cancellation Policy
Please remember we have a 24h cancellation policy and there are no refunds once you have purchased packages for sessions. Please also be aware that bookings for classes needs to made at least 3 hours before the start of class. However, we empathize with unforeseen circumstances and acknowledge that valid reasons may arise. If you find yourself unable to attend due to a legitimate reason, such as being booked off by a doctor (Doctors note required), you have the option to do a make-up session within the same week. The make-up session must be requested within the 24-hour cancellation window. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Please note there will be no parents/nannies allowed in the studio during training hours. We will assume that you consent to pictures and videos, however if you would not like your child to be photographed, kindly make us aware and we will ensure that they are unrecognizable.
