Service Description

Our aerial classes weekly rotates the equipment used (Hoop, Hammock or Acrobatic Pole). This is an energetic and playful fitness class that introduce children to the world of aerial arts. These classes combine the core elements of gymnastics and dance with hoop techniques in a fun and supportive environment. In these classes we focus on building strength, flexibility and a love for movement.
