Service Description

This is a mixed age and level group class. Ages 5-8 years 14:00-14:45. Ages 9-17y 14:00-15:00. Acrobatic Pole and Hoop are energetic and playful fitness classes that introduce children to the world of aerial arts. These classes combine the core elements of gymnastics and dance with pole and hoop techniques in a fun and supportive environment. In these classes, we focus on building strength, flexibility, and a love for movement.
